The Shawnee Chamber of Commerce Foundation has awarded its annual $1,500 Betty Charlton Scholarships for 2020.
This year’s recipients include Eva Burke and Morgan Blubaugh, both graduates of Mill Valley High School.
The scholarship was established in memory of Betty Charlton, a long-time Shawnee Chamber of Commerce employee, to provide education assistance to outstanding, area high-school seniors.
